If I had to describe MEDAL in a single word, I would choose “Commitment”. Commitment to Clients, to service excellence and to the quality of the work we deliver every single day.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
What I appreciate most about my work is precisely its diversity. As Head of Marketing & Communications, no two days are the same. I enjoy building bridges between the brand and its audiences, translating the complexity of the insurance market into clear and relevant messages, and contributing to the growth of a Company that is already a national reference in the expatriate segment.
How do you usually spend your free time?
I try to maintain balance away from screens, whether through sports, hobbies such as music and photography, or simply enjoying leisure moments with friends and family.
What do you consider to be your main professional quality?
I believe my main professional quality is versatility. I easily adapt to new contexts, moving naturally between strategy and execution, while always keeping creativity aligned with a clear purpose.
What motivates you daily when interacting with our Clients?
What motivates me daily in my interaction with our Clients is knowing that each contact can contribute to the peace of mind and security of someone who is beginning a new life in a different country. Humanising that process and showing that we are present to support each step is something that genuinely inspires me.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in the insurance sector?
I would offer simple advice: listen more than you speak. Technical knowledge can be learned, but the ability to listen, understand needs and build trusting relationships is what truly distinguishes a professional in this or any other field.
