I genuinely enjoy the working environment we find here every day – a close-knit team, with a spirit of mutual support and a great deal of good humour.
How do you usually spend your free time?
When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family and friends.

I consider myself a kind and helpful person.
What motivates you daily when interacting with our Clients?
As a helpful person, that is what motivates me in my daily contact with our customers: helping them to find, with confidence and peace of mind, the solutions that best suit their needs.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in the insurance sector?
For those taking their first steps in the insurance industry, I have just one piece of advice: knowing the product well is important, but building a close relationship with the customer makes all the difference.
