What do you enjoy most about your work?
What I like most about my job is being able to help clients obtain authorisation for surgery, particularly when we have very little time to perform it.
How do you usually spend your free time?
As well as spending time with family and friends, I also play football for Silves Football Club’s veterans’ team.
What do you consider to be your main professional quality?
My main professional qualities are: the empathy I am able to establish with Clients and my skill in expediting their claims.
What motivates you daily when interacting with our Clients?
What motivates me every day is realising that my work really matters in people’s lives and in resolving their issues.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in the insurance sector?
I would advise you to always seek information and be willing to learn from those who have been in the insurance business for longer. But the important thing is to always stay up to date because, when advising clients, information is vital for good advice.
