I like knowing that our work gives people peace of mind, helping them to protect what they value most in different areas (health, property, etc.).

I like to spend my free time relaxing, being with family and friends, travelling and exploring new places.

My main quality is my ability to maintain professionalism and rigour in everything I do, taking great responsibility and commitment to achieve results.

It motivates me to follow MEDAL’s evolution and see the impact of our work with customers.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in the insurance sector?
It is very important to be dedicated, transparent and resilient. Our job is to protect families, businesses and assets. When you understand the impact of that, it changes everything.
