What do you enjoy most about your work?
I have a sense of belonging to MEDAL, it’s almost like my second family. Collaboration between everyone and mutual respect are fundamental to good teamwork.
How do you usually spend your free time?
Family, church, travelling, hiking, Zumba, music, among other hobbies.
What do you consider to be your main professional quality?
Meticulous.
What motivates you daily when interacting with our Clients?
Although I don’t have direct contact with customers on a daily basis, whenever it happens and is necessary, I like the fact that I can resolve the situation and help them in the best way possible.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in the insurance sector?
The insurance industry is very attractive because we have the opportunity to help our customers. It is a profession that is always at the forefront of technology. One suggestion is that the person should enjoy learning.
